1. Goods sold are not returnable nor exchangeable

2. If good are found to be defective on delivery, please notify our sales department not later than 3 days from arrival date either by email or by telephone call.  A case number will be issued and you are requeted to return the defective products and specified clearly the case number.

3. You will have to return the defective goods with shipping cost prepaid, mean the shipping cost is to be paid by buyer.  We will replace the defective goods as soon as we received the defective goods from you.  Postage or shipping cost for the replacement goods will be paid by us.

4. Defective goods reported to us after 3 days will not be accept for replacement and it should follow our warranty term and conditions if the goods is cover by warranty.
